Scheduling HVAC Cleaning Without Shutting the Business

Phase by air handler, not by floor
Because the system is cleaned unit by unit, the natural work unit is the zone that unit serves. That lets one area be offline at a time while the rest of the building runs normally, and it makes the documentation map cleanly onto the building.
Off-hours by occupancy type
Retail and grocery work runs overnight after close. Restaurants get early-morning or post-close windows. Schools are cleaned over summer or long breaks. Manufacturing is scheduled around planned downtime. Healthcare is phased with infection-control containment and unit-level coordination.
Managing the visible impact
Floor protection, masked work zones, HEPA-filtered collection and a crew that leaves the area reset before doors open is the standard. Where lifts are needed over sales floors, the area is closed off and restored the same shift.

- Do you charge more for night work?
- Off-hours work carries a labor premium, which is usually far smaller than the cost of closing.
- How much notice do you need?
- For a phased multi-unit program, a few weeks lets us align crews and lifts. Urgent single-unit work moves faster.
- Will tenants notice?
- They should notice the results and not the work. Containment and reset are part of the scope.
