Containment comes first
Work areas are isolated with rigid or flexible barriers under negative pressure, HEPA filtration runs throughout, and adjacent clinical areas are monitored so the work does not disturb the pressure relationships those spaces depend on.
Sequencing around clinical operations
Scope is broken into the smallest completable units so no clinical area is affected longer than a single window. Coordination with facilities and infection prevention happens before mobilization, not on the morning of the work.
Records that survive an audit
Per-unit photography, containment documentation, product registration details, technician certifications and post-work verification. Healthcare clients are audited, so the report is written to be read by someone who was not there.
